AN ORDINANCE AMMING THE TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ORDI1ANCE G-177, AS AMMMED,
TO PROHIBIT PARKING ALONG ST. PASCHAL DRIVE
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities have heretofore adopted traffic
regulations pursuant to Ordinance G-177; and
WHEREAS, said traffic regulations have been amended from time to time;
and
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities deem the further amendment of said
traffic regulations to prohibit parking on St. Paschal Drive from Oak Brook
Road to 35th Street to be in the best interest of public safety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth
are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That, pursuant to Section 1-1303 of the Traffic Regulations
of the Village of Oak Brook, parking is prohibited along the entire length of
St. Paschal Drive.
Section 3: That Schedule VII, Parking Prohibited At All Times on
Certain Streets, of Article VII of the Traffic Code of the Village of Oak
Brook be amended to include the entire length of St. Paschal Drive.
Section 4: That the Superintendent of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to post signs to implement the provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 5: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
