AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING VENDORS TO THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK TO SUBMIT THEIR INVOICES FOR PAYMENT WITHIN
SIXTY (60) DAYS OF SERVICES RENDERED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, as follows
Section 1 To the extent permitted under applicable law, all vendors of goods and services to the
Village shall be required in their contract for provision of those goods or services, to submit invoices for
payment to the Village within sixty (60) days of delivery of those goods or services
Section 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances, rules, regulations of the Village of Oak Brook
which are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed
law
Section 3 This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and approval in accordance with the
