AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE S -1165 RELATIVE TO
THE PERSONNEL MANUAL OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook have heretofore
adopted the Village of Oak Brook Personnel Manual; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that said Personnel Manual be amended.
WHEREAS, it is further deemed no longer necessary to amend said Personnel Manual by
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1: The provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though
fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That the language contained in Ordinance 2006- PL -RR -S -1165, approved and passed
by the President and Board of Trustees on June 27, 2006, in relation to Article V, Section 5.12A of the
Personnel Manual of the Village of Oak Brook, be and is hereby rescinded.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflict.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication as required by law.
