HIGHWAY AUTHORITY OF WOODSIDE ESTATES FRONTAGE ROAD
TO THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS —
WHEREAS, transfer of Woodside Estates Frontage Road to the Village
of Oak Brook will allow proper maintenance and upkeep of said road as a
part of the Village streets system, and
WHEREAS, the Board of the Illinois State Toll Hig;uvay Authority
has authorized the transfer of the above road to the Village of Oak Brook
on condition that the Village agree to accept such transfer and to main-
tain said road.
..NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage aad Cook Counties, Illinois,
that:
SECTION 1: The provisions of the preambie hereinabove set forth
are here y recta ed herein as though herein fully set forth.
SECTION 2: The Village of Oak Brook hereby approves the transfer
of Woods a es Frontage Road to it by the Illinois State Toll High-
way Authority and agrees to maintain said road upon completion of such
transfer.
SECTION 3: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Illinois State Toll
Highway Authority.
SECTION 4: All resolutions, rules and regulations of the Village
of Oak Brook wfiTafi are in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution
are hereby repealed solely to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 6: If any section, subsection. sentence, clause or phrase
of this sou on is for any reason held to be invalid, such determination
shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion of this Resolution.
SECTION 6: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and a ter is passage and approval as required by law.
