ORDINANCE 2001 -TC -G- 681
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 2, THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE,
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
TO REGULATE PARKING ALONG TOWER DRIVE
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities deem that the following modification to the regulation in
Schedule VII, Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, relative to Tower Drive is in the best
interest of the Village of Oak Brook;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as
though fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That reference to Tower Drive in Traffic Schedule VII of Section 7 -2 -1 is hereby
amended to read as follows:

Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish this ordinance in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
