AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
TITLE 4, CHAPTER 1, LIQUOR CONTROL, SECTION 4- 1- 24 -B.3.e
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS

WHEREAS, Title 4, Chapter 1 of the Village Code of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois is known as
the "Oak Brook Liquor Control Ordinance ", and

WHEREAS, Section 4- 1 -24 -B 3 e of the Liquor Control Ordinance is hereby amended in order to
conform that Section to the Illinois Liquor Control Act 235 ILCS 5/6- 28(c)(6)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows
f Section 1 That Section 4- 1 -24 -B 3 e of Title 4, Chapter 1 of the Oak Brook Village Code is hereby
deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows
e Selling pitchers or the equivalent, including but not limited to,
buckets, carafes or bottles of alcoholic liquor which are customarily sold
in such manner and delivered to two (2) or more persons at one time
1 Section 2 Any Village ordinance in conflict with this Ordinance is hereby amended to the extent of
the conflict
Section 3 That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form as required by law
