A Special Use For Mixed Use Developments on Properties Not less Than Ten (10) Acres in Area
Background/History:
This ordinance grants approval of a text amendment to Article E of Chapter 10 of Title 13 of the
Village Code of the Village of Oak Brook to add a special use for a special use for mixed use
developments on properties not less than ten (10) acres in area.
Recommendation:
I recommend that Ordinance G -827 be passed.
