IVI# # s AGENDA ITEM Regular Board of Trustees Meeting of January 27, 2009 FROM: Rania Serences, Purchasing Clerk BUDGET SOURCE /BUDGET IMPACT: N/A RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move that the Village Board adopt the attached ordinance authorizing the sale of a surplus typwriter. Backp_round /Histor_y: The attached ordinance includes a typewriter, that was used in the Community Development Department, that has reached the end of its useful life and will not be replaced. The typwriter will be disposed of by first advertising for bids. If no bids are received, it will be offered to local schools, churches and not - for - profit agencies.
