Background /History /History: This ordinance grants a variation to C.S.A. Fraternal Life for a reduction in the required thirty foot (30') side yard setback to a zero foot (0') at the property located at 122 22nd Street. This variation is requested in order to accommodate a subdivision of the property. Recommendation: I recommend that this ordinance be passed.
