Please note that this special use permit `is subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3 of the ordinance. Subparagraph (7) of Section 3 provides that the owner has 120 days to obtain permits and complete construction for this project. This time period allows the applicant not only the 60 days for construction recommended by the hearing bodies, but also an additional 60 days to obtain any permits or other studies necessary to complete the project. (3) That all applicable permits be obtained from the appropriate regulatory agencies, including the Village of Oak Brook.
