RECOMMENDED MO'T'ION: I move that the Village Board adopt the attached ordinance S
authorizing the sale of surplus items.
Back$!round/History:
The attached ordinance includes surplus shelving from the Library, copiers from Administration
and Public Works and a dictaphone from Engineering that have reached the end of their useful
life and have been replaced with newer models.
Department Directors were notified that these items where available but none had use for them in
their departments.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Village Board adopt the attached ordinance authorizing the sale of
surplus items.
