Martens, Village Attorney PHONE 630 990 -3000 FAX 630 990 -0876 W E B S I T E www oak -brook org SUBJECT: Licensing of Vending Machines RECOMMENDATION: That Title 4, Chapter 5, Vending Machines of the Village Code of the Village of Oak Brook be repealed When the Village Code was recodified in September, 2000, we intended to delete the section pertaining to the licensing of vending machines, as this type of licensing has not been in effect for a number of years. Because the licensing of vending machines was inadvertently not deleted in the recodification, we bring before you the attached ordinance which repeals that section of the Village Code.
