RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to pass Ordinance G -844, An Ordinance
Prohibiting Buses on Canterberry Lane and Amending Chapter 1 (Traffic Code) of Title 7
(Motor Vehicles and Traffic) of the Village Code of the Village of Oak Brook
Background /History:
Per concerns of residents, the President and Board of Trustees have directed the Village
Attorney to draft this Ordinance which adds a Section 7 -3 -102 to Chapter 1 of Title 7 prohibiting
buses on certain streets, particularly Canterberry Lane.
Recommendation:
I recommend that this Ordinance be considered for passage.
