RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move that the Village Board adopt the attached ordinance
authorizing the sale of a 1980 Ford Utility Truck.
Background/History:
The attached ordinance authorizes the sale of a 1980 Ford Utility Truck that has reached the end
of its useful life due to age, service history and the inability to obtain repair parts. It has been
replaced with a 2007 Ford Utility Truck.
The Village will first register this item with an online autioneer. If inadequate or no bids are
received through the online auction, staff will 'advertise for bids. If no bids are received the truck
will be disposed of.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Village Board adopt the attached ordinance authorizing the sale of a
1980 Ford Utility Truck.
