CALL TO ORDER- CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was called to order by President Quinlan in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center at 7.35 p.m It is noted for the record that due to the absence of the Village Clerk Linda Gonnella and Deputy Village Clerk Harty, Village Manager Boehm will act as Recording Secretary.
