RECOMMENDED MOTION: I Move For Passage Of Ordinance G -848, An Ordinance
Establishing A 25 Mile Per Hour Speed Limit For That Portion Of 35th Street Between
Meyers Road And Midwest Road And Amending Section 7 -2 -1 Of The Village Code Of
The Village Of Oak Brook, Du Page And Cook Counties, Illinois
Background /History:
Per action taken by the President and Board of Trustees, I have been directed to prepare the
attached Ordinance which establishes a 25 per hour speed limit on 35th Street between Meyers
Road and Midwest Road.
Recommendation:
I recommend that this Ordinance be passed.
