RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move for passage of Ordinance 2017-SC-EX-G-1097,"An
Ordinance Amending Chapter 2,Entitled "Oak Brook Golf Club", The Village Code Of
The Village Of Oak Brook, Illinois
Backp-round/History:
The following are proposed revisions to Title 12 (Recreational Facilities), Chapter 2, (Oak Brook
Golf Club, Village Code for the 2017 season. These revisions have been drafted by staff based
on a review of past operations, current economic conditions, and the current budget.
In regards to the 2017 golf daily green fees, our fee structure will remain idle as market and
facility comparison does not warrant an increase in daily fees. Golf Course will implement
dynamic pricing strategy to fill tee times during slow and non-peak times. Golf Membership
categories will have a minor rate adjustment for select Golf Membership Categories.
Membership rate increases are based on length of season, membership benefits, history of
member usage and 2017 golf facility enhancements.

E. Driving Range Fees: The cost of a bucket of sixty (60) balls is nine dollars $9.00 for
residents and ten dollars $10.00 for nonresidents. A driving range token Key (20 tokens)
may be purchased for seventy two ($72.00) for residents and eighty dollars ($80.00) for
nonresidents. The cost of range memberships is five hundred fifty dollars ($550.00) for golf
members, six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) for residents and seven hundred fifty dollars
($750.00) for nonresidents.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Village Board approve the attached Ordinance G-1097.
