In compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Chapter 5, ILCS, Sec. 120 /1, et seq.), listed below you will find
the regular meeting dates for the Boards, Commissions, and Committees of the Village of Oak Brook for
calendar year 2007.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month for Regular Board
meetings and on the Monday immediately preceding the fourth Tuesday of each month as a Committee -of-
the- Whole, at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak
Brook Road.

PLAN COMMISSION: Meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E. Dean
Board Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Samuel E.
Dean Board Room of the Butle>1 Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
HOTEL, CONVENTION & VISITORS COMMITTEE: Meets on the second Thursday of January,
March, May, July, September and November at 9:00 A.M. in the Upper Level Conference Room of the
Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.*
POLICE PENSION FUND: Meets Quarterly, beginning in January and on call as noticed in the Upper
Level Conference Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND: Meets Quarterly, beginning in February and on call as noticed in the
Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE TAX BOARD: Meets on call as noticed in the West Wing Training Room
of the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
LIBRARY COMMISSION: Meets every other month beginning in January on the third Tuesday at 7:00
p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Oak Brook Public Library, 600 Oak Brook Road.
BOARD OF FIRE & POLICE COMMISSIONERS: Meets as needed. Notices are mailed.
ELECTRICAL COMMISSION: Meets as needed. Notices are mailed.
AUTUMN FESTIVAL COMMITTEE: Meets as needed January through November at the Sports Core
Administration Building, 700 Oak Brook Road.
COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION TASK FORCE: Meets as needed. Notices are mailed.
Closed Meetings that are held, other than as part of a Regular Meeting, are noticed separately.
*Please note a correction in the Hotel, Convention & Visitors Committee meetings schedule.
