AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4,CHAPTER l,SECT10N 8A
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BR00K,:LLiNOiS
BY DECREASING BY ONE TO THIRTY‐FOUR THE NUMBER OF
AUTHOR:ZED CLASS A‐lL:QUOR L:CENSES
WHttREAS,TIle 4,Chapter l,Sectlon 8A(4-1-8A)ofthe Vi!lage Code ofthe Village of Oak Brook
authorizes certain numbers of liquor licenses and the number of such licenses issued for each class of
∥cense may be increased or decreased from time to tlme by ordinance approved by the President and
Vi∥age Board due to changes ln ownership of licensed premises,the creation of a new and deserving
business enterprise,orthe abandonment,revocation,surrender or other termination of an existing license;
and
WHEREAS,the President and Board of Trustees ofthe Village deem it advisable and in the best
interest and in furtherance of the general welfare of the citizens ofthe V∥lage thatthe V∥lage Code ofthe
Vi∥age of Oak Brook be amended so thatthe number oflicenses authorized in each!icense c!ass is equal
to the number oflicenses in actual usei
NOW,THEREFORE,BE ltt ORDAINED BY THtt PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BR00K,DU PAGE AND C00K COUNTIES,:LLINOIS as follows:

Regu!ations)(4-1-8A)ofthe Village Code ofthe∨illage of Oak Brook,∥linois be amended by de!eting the
table of licenses in lts entirety and replacing it vvith the fo∥owing tab!ei

and publication as required by law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
