Section l: Recitals The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into,and made a part of,
this Resolut on as the findings ofthe President and Board of Trustees ofthe Vi∥age of Oak Brook
Section 2: Approval ofthe Contract The President and Board of Trustees hereby approve
the Contract by and between the V∥age and Burke in substant a∥y the form as attached as Exhibt A and
in a nnalfOrm approved by the V∥age Attorney
Seclon 3: AuthoHzaJon and Execulon of the Contract The V∥lage Manager and V∥age
Clerk sha∥be,and hereby are,authorized to execute the approved ttnal Contract on behalf ofthe V∥lage
