VVHEREAS,the V∥lage is authonzed tO enter into the NPDES San Creek watershed
Agreement with C o u n t y pursuantto the lntergovernmental Cooperation Act,51LCS 220/1 et se9,
and
WHEREAS,the President and Board of Trustees have determined that l is in the bestinterests
ofthe V∥lage to enter into the NPDES SaL Creek VVatershed Agreement in substanta∥y the form
attached and by this reference incorporated into this Resolution as Exhib t A
NOVV THEREFORE,BEIT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND 80ARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BR00K,DU PACE AND COOK COUNTIES,ILLINOIS as follows:
Section l: Recitals The foregoing rec tals are hereby incorporated into,and made a part
of,this Resolution as the findings ofthe President and Board of Trustees ofthe V∥lage of Oak Brook
SecJon 2: ADOrOValofthe NPDES Sak Creek Watershed Aqreement The President and
Board of Trustees hereby approve the NPDES Salt Creek VVatershed Agreement by and beヽ veen the
V∥age and Countyin a form substantia∥y the same as attached to this Resoluton as Exhibt A and in
f nalform acceptable to the V∥lage Attorney
Seclon 3: AuthoHza∥on and Execulon ofthe NPDES Sa t Creek VVatershed
Aoreement The V∥lage President and V∥lage Clerk sha∥be,and hereby are,authoHzed to
execute the final NPDES SaL Creek Watershed Agreement on behalf ofthe V∥lage
