Police Arrest Subject for Aggravated Financial Exploitation of the Elderly
and Aggravated Financial Identity Theft
On August 27, 2019, at approximately 10:30 AM, Oak Brook Detectives arrested Shuton D.
Threatt, 12/12/83 of 1528 N. Lawler Ave. Chicago, IL at her place of employment, Oakbrook
Healthcare located at 2013 Midwest Rd. Oak Brook, IL for Aggravated Financial Exploitation of
the Elderly and Aggravated Financial Identity Theft. While employed at Oakbrook Health Care
as a clinical nurse assistant, Threatt over one-month period knowingly used the identities of a
male victim age 62 and female victim age 83 to make fraudulent credit card transactions.
Shuton D. Threatt was booked at the Oak Brook Police Department on one count of Aggravated
Financial Exploitation of the Elderly and two counts of Aggravated Financial Identity Theft.
Shuton D. Threatt was transported to DuPage County Jail for a bond hearing on 8/28/2019.
