FIRE DEPARTMENT INCIDENT COMMAND VEHICLE

This addendum #1 is meant to revise the Request for Proposal that was issued on June
14, 2017 Fire Department Incident Command Vehicle as follows:
1. The Village will accept proposals for either a 2017 or 2018 GMC Yukon XL or
Chevrolet Suburban.
2. The center console is NOT to be removed.
3. Please include pricing for extended warranties (1 year or multi-year will be
reviewed).
4. Proposers must attach on a separate sheet of paper any alterations and/or
exceptions to the proposed minimum requirements listed in Section B II of the
Request of Proposal.
All other provisions contained in the June Request for Proposal remain the same.
