This Construction Manager’s Addendum No. 2 dated October 3, 2017 is being issued stand alone.
The following is a summary of changes to be made to the Construction Manager's Bid Manual for this
project. Please review and incorporate all changes into your bid. This addendum shall be noted on the bid
form verifying inclusion of this work in your bid.
ADDENDUM NO. 2
1. The following change applies to all bid packages:
A. All addenda shall be noted on the front page of the bid form. Bid addenda can be verified on
PROCORE.
B. All bidder questions shall be received not later than 5:00 PM, Wednesday, October 4, 2017
2. The following questions have been received and are answered as follows (Any and all work
related to/implied by the response to the RFI’s noted below, shall be included in the bid package
indicated/required to provide this work):
Q. There is no HVAC spec section for BAS Controls. Who is the “existing” BAS contractor for the Village?
A. The building automation system is Trane, Dillon Drayer is the rep, 630 734‐3200.
