This Construction Manager’s Addendum No. 4 dated October 9, 2017 is being issued stand alone.
The following is a summary of changes to be made to the Construction Manager's Bid Manual for this
project. Please review and incorporate all changes into your bid. This addendum shall be noted on the bid
form verifying inclusion of this work in your bid.
ADDENDUM NO. 4
1. The following change applies to all bid packages:
A. All addenda shall be noted on the front page of the bid form. Bid addenda can be verified on
PROCORE.
2. In the SCOPE OF WORK sections, make all changes as outlined below:

Furnish and install below grade waterproofing on exterior side of foundation walls as
shown and specified.
3. The following questions have been received and are answered as follows (Any and all work
related to/implied by the response to the RFI’s noted below, shall be included in the bid package
indicated/required to provide this work):
Q. I don’t see one in the trade package – just want to make sure I wasn’t missing anything.
A. If there is no allowance noted in your specific bid package in the CM Scope of Work notes, nor in the
project specifications, you do not have an allowance to include in your bid.
Q. The specified security contractors are not bidding cameras?
A. The specified security vendors are for the detention equipment. Security cameras can be provided by
another vendor.
