This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the Bidding
Documents dated September 12, 2018, with amendments and additions noted below.
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Bid Form. Failure to do
so may subject the Bidder to disqualification.
This Addendum consists of four (4) pages.
CHANGES TO BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
1.01 VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK BID PACKAGE
A. Add the following text to Item 5 "Permits and Licenses"
1. "The Village will waive all permit fees."
CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS
2.01 SECTION 22 40 00- PLUMBING FIXTURES
A. Under Article 2.02 Shower (SH-1):
1. Delete Paragraph A,1, Moen Commercial; Model 8375 and replace with the following:
"Moen Commercial; Model L2352."
2.02 SECTION 01 10 00- SUMMARY
A. Under Article 1.05 CONTRACTOR USE OF SITE AND PREMISES:
1. Add new Paragraph 4. as follows:

"The water service can be shut down during the day, but must be back on before the contractor
leaves for the day."

A. Under Article 2.03 LAVATORY PIPE INSULATION:
1. Delete Paragraph [2.03].
B. Under Article 2.04 JACKETS:
1. Delete Paragraph [2.04].
CHANGES TO THE DRAWINGS
3.01 DRAWING A310- FLOOR PLANS & REFLECTED CEILING PLANS
A. On detail 6: Add keynote 22.202 on hose bib located between the two showers. Keynote 22.202
states: Replace all galvanized piping to hose bib.
