NOTE: The following changes are hereby made to the Contract Documents and insofar as the original
Contract Documents are inconsistent therewith, the changes herein shall govern. All bidders shall
acknowledge this Addendum by inserting its number and date on their Bid Proposal.
PROSPECTIVE BIDER QUESTIONS / CLARIFICATIONS:
1. QUESTION: Are silt fence and temporary 6-foot chain link fence required? Specs call for but
considering size of project we want to double check.
ANSWER: Yes, provide fencing as required by the specifications.
2. CLARIFICATION: Regarding the Ow Lee fire pits specified on A1.1, provide the following
accessories / finishes as offered by Ow Lee for each fire pit:
a. Fabric cover
b. Flat metal burner cover
c. Frame color to be selected by architect from manufacturers full range of available options.
d. Tile color to be selected by architect from manufacturers full range of available options.
e. Fire Media to be selected by architect from manufacturers full range of available options.
