A RESOLUTION WAIVING COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A CONTMCT FOR THE GOLF CLUBHOUSE LOUNGE RENOVATION PROJECT
BY AND BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK AND NU VISION, INC.
WHEREAS, the Village is seeking to undertake renovations at the golf clubhouse lounge.area
inctuOing ;ading a bar, conveisational firefhce area, door, wjndow. and trim rePlacement' moving interior
watts, ciiting en-nancements, new flooring, and new furniture (the "Work"); and
WHEREAS,afterreviewingcompaniesofferingsuchservices,Villagestaffrec.ommendedthe
villaoe contract with Nu vision tncl, oue to their abilitt to perform the work and Nu Vision's superior
repuiation for providing high-quality workmanshiP, and

golf lounge renovations; and
WHEREAS,fundingfortheWorkisbeingpaidforoutofthegolfimprovementfundpaidforby
end users; and
