C. Recordation. Upon the execution of the Final Plat by all required parties, the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record the Final Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of DuPage County, Illinois, and the Village Clerk will then be authorized and directed to assess against and collect from the Owner any costs in connection with those actions and this Resolution. Section 3. Conditions. The approvals granted in Sections 2 of this Resolution are hereby expressly subject to and contingent upon each of the following conditions: A. The Final Plat be approved by the Village Engineer; and B. The Owner and all subsequent owners of the Subject Property shall comply with all requirements of law, including without limitation, federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, resolutions, and regulations, relating to the Subject Property. Section 4. Severability. If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Resolution shall be held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not affect any of the other provisions of this Resolution. Section 5. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
