Section 2: That a variation is hereby granted from the provisions of Section 13-3-5 of the Village Code of the Village of Oak Brook to permit construction of a home setback approximately 71' 7" from York Road, provided that the home is constructed in substantial conformity with the plans by-Caprio & Frisby Architectural Design, Inc., consisting of sheets A-3 and A-4, as drawn on May 21 2001, incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: That this Ordinance is limited and restricted to the property known as 3103 York Road, Oak Brook, IL, which property is legally described as follows: That part of the northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows to wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section in the center of the North and West Roads: Thence South along the center of the roads 13-1/2 rods; Thence East 12 rods from the center of the road; Thence North 12-1/2 Rods, Thence West 12 rods to the point of beginning in DuPage County, Illinois. Permanent Parcel No. 06-36-200-055 Failure to complete construction of the home described in Section 2 within two years from the date of passage of this ordinance shall render this variation null and void without further notice or action by the Village. Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage and approval pursuant to law.
