Section 2- Pursuant to Section 9 -1 -8 of the Village Code of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, a Flood Plain Special Use Permit is hereby granted to allow construction of certain improvements to the existing residence at 214 Forest Trail, including a new garage and driveway, said property being legally described as: Lot 101 (except west two feet thereof) of Timber Trails Estates, being a subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 39 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County, Illinois Permanent Parcel No. 06 -23- 200 -012 Section 3 That this flood plain special use permit is subject to the condition that the improvements be constructed in substantial conformance with the plan consisting of one sheet prepared by Lambert & Associates and William F Lorek dated August 30, 2002 Section 4 That the flood plain special use herein granted is also subject to final engineering approval Ordinance 2002 ZO- SU -FP -S -1026 Granting a Flood Plain Special Use Permit, 214 Forest Trail, Page 2 Section 5. That the flood plain special use herein granted shall automatically terminate and be of no force and effect without further action by the Village Board in the event that all land modifications on the Subject Property have not been completed by four years from the date of this approval. The foregoing completion date may be extended without public hearing by the President and Board of Trustees upon a showing of necessity by the property owner. Section 6- That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage and approval pursuant to law.
