Dear Mr. Cramer:
On January 22, 2019, the Village entered into a Fireworks Display
Agreement ("Agreement") for Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. to provide
the Village fireworks services. Pursuant to Section 15 of the
Agreement, the Village has an option to renew the Agreement for
2020. This letter shall serve as the Village's written notice that the
Village is exercising its option to renew the Agreement for 2020.
Accordingly, the Village looks forward to the fireworks display that
will be put on by Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. on July 3, 2020 (rain
date July 4, 2020). If you have any questions on this, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
