THE BUTLER GOVERNMENT CENTER HVAC EQUIPMENT AND BAS CONTROLS
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE 2017 5 YEAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR THE BUTLER GOVERNMENT CENTER HVAC EQUIPMENT AND BAS
ONTILS ("Amendment") executed by the parties June 17, 2017 is made as of
2021 by and between TRANE U.S.,INC. ("Trane"), and the VILLAGE
OF AK BROOK, ILLINOIS ("Village").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Trane and the Village entered into a 2017 5 Year Maintenance Agreement
for the Butler Government Center HVAC Equipment and BAS Controls("Agreement"),pursuant
to which Trane agreed to provide to the Village maintenance for HVAC Equipment and BAS
Controls, as more fully described in the Agreement.
WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement and First Amendment expire June 30, 2022.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to add HVAC Maintenance and BAS Control coverage to
the Oak Brook Public Library ("Library") and that this coverage aligns with the existing
agreement and extends until June 30, 2022, pursuant to this amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the recitals set forth above and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree as follows:
A. Coverage to the Library.The HVAC Maintenance and BAS Control coverage is extended
to the Library. The coverage will end June 30, 2022, unless sooner terminated in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The coverage to the Library shall be on the
same terms and conditions contained in the Agreement,except as expressly set forth herein.
B. Pricin . The cost to extend the coverage to the Library is $8,156.00, as extended by this
Amendment.
C. Effect of Amendment. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Amendment modifies
and amends the Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof shall supersede and control
over any contrary or conflicting terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement. The
Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, is hereby ratified and remains in full force
and effect.

Addendum to Agreement Dated 7/27/2017:
This addendum is to add coverage for the Oak Brook Library Tracer SC+ Hardware.The Coverage for the library will align with the existing
Service Agreement and extend until 6/30/2022.
The following changes would be effective upon acceptance of this Addendum:
1. Trane Building Automation System Service Agreement for Oak Brook Library Tracer SC+Hardware
a. Onsite inspections during spring and fall(remainder of 2021 and beginning of 2022)
b. Remote support through Trane energy center included
c. Software backups and software maintenance plan included for SC+hardware located onsite
d. Aligns with BAS coverage at Butler Government Center
Pricing for Additions to existing service agreement:
