a) To supply and install four(4)Commercial,two-step ladders with Cross braces
in the Lap Pool at the corner locations including bonded anchors and S/S
escutcheon plates,and
b) To supply and install four(4)Commercial,three-step ladders with Cross
braces in the Lap Pool at the corner locations including bonded anchors and
S/S escutcheon plates,
$14,950.00
c) To supply and install eight(8)Legacy-SP Starting Platforms(Starter Blocks)
including bonded anchors,
$36,000.00
Total of this Change Order,a),b)&c)amounts to...... ...... $50,950.00
This CHANGE ORDER becomes part of the AGREEMENT along with all the terms,
covenants,and conditions included within the original CONSTRUCTION
AGREEMENT following execution of this CHANGE ORDER by both parties,
