Third Ammendment to the Janitorial Services Agreement THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE 2016 JANITORIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO THE 2016 JANITORIAL SFX-VICES AGREEMENT
("Amendment") executed by the parties May 25, 2016, is made as of 2021
by and between PERFECT CLEANING SERVICE CORP. ("Perfect"), an6 the VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS ("Village").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Perfect and the Village entered into a 2016 Janitorial Services Agreement
("Agreement"), pursuant to which Perfect agreed to provide to the Village Janitorial Services, as
more fully described in the Agreement.
WHEREAS, the term of the Agreement ended July 31, 2019.
WHEREAS, the term of the First Amendment ends July 31, 2020.
WHEREAS, the term of the Second Amendment ends July 31, 2021.
WHEREAS,the parties desire to extend the term of the Agreement for one additional year
pursuant to this amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the recitals set forth above and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree as follows:
A. Extension of Term. The Agreement is hereby extended for a period commencing August
1, 2021 and ending July 31, 2022 ("Extension Term"), unless sooner terminated in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The Extension Term shall be on the same
terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, except as expressly set forth herein.
B. Pricing. Perfect's pricing shall remain as follows, Butler Government Center and Public
Works Building ($65,538.16), Oak Brook Public Library ($25,100.89), and Oak Brook
Golf Club ($21,387.74), for a total cost of$112,026.79.
C. Effect of Amendment. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Amendment modifies
and amends the Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof shall supersede and control
over any contrary or conflicting terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement. The
Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, is hereby ratified and remains in full force
and effect.
