Provide prices for the following:
Remove antennas and antenna cables from the tank, all removed items are to become the
property of the Contractor for proper disposal. Remove cables from the entire tank to the
antenna equipment cabinets. Remove the abandoned electrical raceway on the south side
(exterior). The water meter cable and antenna is to remain. Where applicable remove pipe
extensions on the five openings. Weld '/4 inch steel plate over the openings, overlap a minimum
of/2 inch all around and weld using '/4 inch full penetration fillet welds on both sides.
Install one new penetration in the basebell in a location directed by the Owner. Cut hole in the
basebell and install a 3 inch Schedule 80 pipe. Extend the pipe a minimum of 4 times the
existing steel thickness(minimum 4 inches)inside and outside the basebell wall. Weld using '/4
inch full penetration fillet welds on both sides. Install a fernco flexible pipe cap over the opening
as a temporary cover after the topcoat is applied.

welds flush with the surrounding steel. Reinstall new 4x4x3/8 inch steel plate,field verify length
