Oak Brook Police Officers Recognized WS "Top Cops"
OAK BROOK, Ill. —July 2011— Oak Brook Police Department has announced the
recognition of three (3) Police Officers by the Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists (AAIM)
for their exceptional DUI enforcement. Officers Bob Christopherson, George Peterson, and
Garrett Church have been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by AAIM as the top DUI
Officers for the Oak Brook Police Department in 2010. Each year, AAIM conducts an Annual
DUI survey of over 700 Illinois police agencies, looking for officers to be recognized as AAIM's
"Top Cops".
AAIM works to prevent death and injuries caused by intoxicated motorists in Illinois by
heightening public awareness of the devastation caused by intoxicated drivers. AAIM also
provides financial, legal, and emotional support to victims and their families.
