Village of Oak Brook Welcomes Hub Group, Inc.
Oak Brook, Illinois (February 7, 2012) – The Village of Oak Brook is pleased to welcome Hub
Group, a leading transportation management company, to its growing corporate community. After
considering several potential sites in multiple states, Hub Group decided to build a new 120,000 sq. ft.
corporate headquarters at 2000 Clearwater Drive in Oak Brook. The company officially closed on the
purchase of this property on January 31, 2012.
“The Village and the Oak Brook Chamber have worked hard to attract Hub Group to our great
community,” said Village President Gopal Lalmalani. “We are thrilled that Hub Group wants to be a
part of the prestigious Oak Brook business community– they have much to contribute.” Relocating
from its Downers Grove headquarters, the company will bring over 300 employees to Oak Brook.
“We are all very excited about the move and value the support we have seen from the Village of Oak
Brook,” commented David P. Yeager, Chief Executive Officer of Hub Group. “Throughout our 40-year
history we have always been a good corporate citizen. This new building is no exception, as we plan

The company is going through final Village zoning approvals which are expected to be completed in
March. Construction is expected to begin in mid 2012, and occupancy is targeted for
November/December 2013.
