Village Manager Riccardo F. Ginex is pleased to announce he has made two promotions at the Director
level and a staff level promotion which will enhance the Village's ability to move forward and continue
to deliver the exceptional service to our residents.
Sharon Dangles, who presently fills the role of the Village Finance Director, will be promoted to the new
position of Assistant Village Manager/Finance Director and Jim Fox will be promoted to the new position
of Information Technology Director from Assistant IT Director. Additionally, Kathy Vonachen, the
Administrative Payroll Coordinator will also assume the duties of the Deputy Clerk,
Manager Ginex stated, "These individuals display an excellent work ethic, are great role models and
have a great rapport with the employees. I am a proponent of promoting from within when the skills,
knowledge and abilities are present. As Village Manager, I believe it is importantto let our employees
know the significance of their value and I am excited that they are part of my management team:'
As Ms.
Dangles will be taking on a
larger role in the
organization,
funding budgeted for the Assistant
Village
Manager's position will be
allocated toward
the hiring of an Assistant Finance Director instead.
While future changes within the Village Staff may occur, these initial steps will be a great benefit to the
organization. These promotions will become effective Sunday, February 1, 2015. Please Join us in
