ORDINANCE 2022-BU-AMEND-S-1655
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
AMENDMENTS AND TRANSFERS
AMONG BUDGET LINE ITEMS
WHEREAS, the Village's original 2022 budget contained authorization for one Human Resources
Director and one Senior Administrative Assistant position; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees desire to authorize a Human Resources
restructuring consisting of one Human Resources Generalist and one Senior Administrative Assistant
position in the Village's 2022 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees desire to eliminate one Human Resources
Director position in the Village's 2022 Budget to accomplish the aforementioned structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS that the following amendment is
hereby authorized:
Section 1: The recitals above are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this ordinance.
Section 2: The General Fund budget is amended by decreasing the amounts in the following
accounts:
1. Account 112-50000 (Full Time Salaries) by$1,539.21
2. Account 132-50000(Full Time Salaries) by$1,924.51
3. Account 134-50000 (Full Time Salaries) by$1,539.21
4. Account 221-50000 (Full Time Salaries) by$2,694.11
5. Account 112-51400 (Social Security) by$95.43
6. Account 132-51400(Social Security)by$119.32
7. Account 134-51400 (Social Security) by$95.43
8. Account 221-51400 (Social Security)by$167.03
9. Account 112-51100 (IMRF) by$139.91
10. Account 132-51100 (IMRF) by$174.94
11. Account 134-51100 (IMRF) by$139.91
12. Account 221-51100 (IMRF) by$244.89

Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval
as required by law.
Section 4: All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and
the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
