RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move the Village Board approve Resolution 2022-FI-
BKSRV-R-2019 "A Resolution Adding An Officer As A Signatory on Village Brokerage
Accounts".
Background/History:
With the recent hiring of Finance Director Marilyn J. Fumero, it is necessary to update the
authorized traders on the Village's investment accounts with JP Morgan Chase and The Illinois
Funds. Currently, the only authorized trader is Village Manager Greg Summers. This
resolution is to add Marilyn J. Fumero as the primary authorized trader.
Recommendation
I recommend the Village Board approve Resolution 2022-FI-BKSRV-R-2019 "A Resolution
Adding An Officer as a Signatory on Village Brokerage Accounts".
