SUBJECT: Update Village Bank Signers

RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move the Village Board approve Resolution 2022-FI-
BNKSRV-SA-R-2018 "A Resolution Adding An Officer as a Signatory on Village Bank
Accounts".
Background/History:
With the recent hiring of Finance Director Marilyn J. Fumero, it is necessary to update the
authorized signers on the Village's bank accounts with JP Morgan Chase. Currently,the only
authorized signer is Village Manager Greg Summers. This resolution is to add Finance
Director Marilyn J. Fumero as the primary authorized signer. Mr. Summers will serve as the
second signature on all checks over$20,000.
Recommendation
I recommend the Village Board approve Resolution 2022-FI-BNKSRV-SA-R-2018 "A
Resolution Adding an Officer as a Signatory on Village Bank Accounts".
