SUBJECT: Agreement between Terry A. Mee and The Village of Oak Brook

BUDGET SOURCE/BUDGET IMPACT: 611-76700/$11,000 per month
RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to approve Resolution 2022-PD-AG-
INTCHF-R-2011 entering into an agreement with Terry A. Mee to serve as Interim
Police Chief.
Background/History:
The current interim police chief has submitted his resignation; his last day in the office
was Thursday, March 31, 2022. The Village is still in the interview process with the
qualified and competent candidates provided by ILACP. It was found that the
appointment of Terry A. Mee as Interim Police Chief is in the best interest of the Village
at this time.
Recommendation:
To approve President Lalmalani's appointment of Terry A. Mee as Interim Police Chief
as detailed in R-2011
