OVERY
A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF DISC RECOUNT
WHEREAS, heretofore on April 28, 1979 Robert E.
Listecki filed with the Village Clerk of the Village of Oak Brook,
Du rage and Cook Counties, Illinois, a petition to conduct a
discovery if n ballots Precinct One in
and
WHEREAS, such petition alleged that Robert E.
Listecki was entitled to such recount as provided in Section 22-
9.1 of the Election Code, Chapter 46 Illinois Revised Statutes
1977; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said petition the Village
Clerk notified George Congreve, Arthur Philip and E. Clifford
Marquardt, the successful candidates for the office of Village
Trustee, that such petition had been filed and that the President
and Board of Trustees of said Village would convene on May 7,
1979 for the purpose of conducting such recount; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have
on May 7, 1979 conducted a recount of the ballots cast in the
one precinct as aforesaid;
NOW THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT
AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND
COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1: Having conducted a recount of the ballots
cast for the office of Village Trustee in the election held in
such Village on April 17, 1979 such recount being done pursuant
to a petition therefore filed with the Village Clerk by Robert E.
Listecki in the manner and form provided by Statute, the President
and Board of Trustees find that the candidates named below re-
ceived the number of votes set opposite their names in Precinct
Number One in such election:

George Congreve 546
Eldon Glaves 462
Robert E. Listecki 449 _
E. Clifford Marquardt — 502
