RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, JAMBS A. REAPS has faithfully served the Village of Oak
Brook in his capacity as a meatier of the Board of Fire and Police Ooandssioners
fray May, 1974 to October, 1977, and merber of the Oak Brook Zoning Board of
Appeals from October, 1977; and
• AREAS, during said period of service, JAS A. RDGAS has given
unselfishly of his time, effort and expertise, greatly contributing to the
progress and wellbeing of said Village and its citizens; and
the President and the Board of Trustees are of the opinion '
that a record of each faithful service should be made and spread upon the
records of said Village;

of the Village of Oak Brook that the said JAMES A. RBGAS be and he hereby is
ccranended for his faithful service to the Village of Oak Brook and the
citizens thereof.

Dear Jim:
At the regular Board meeting of Novedber 27, 1979, the Village Board passed
Resolution R-263 which expresses its appreciation for the job that you died
serving the Village..of Oak Brook both on the Board of Fire and Polic Commissioners
and also as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
I have attached a copy of the Resolution for your information, however, the
original Resolution will be framed, and will be presented to you by the Village
Board at the annual dinner which will occur in the Fall of 1980.
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely express my sincere thanks
to you for the efforts you put forth and the contribution you have made to the
Village of Oak Brook as a member of the Advisory Boards and Commissions, also
for the assistance you have rendered to the Village as one of the leaders in the
Ginger Creek area serving as its President.
If I can be of any further assistance to you on future dates, I would hope that
you will contact me.
