R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, FREDERICK W. DROWN has faithfully served the
Village of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Board of
Trustees from May, 1973; and
WHEREAS, collectively, FREDERICK W. BROWN has .dedicated
six years to, for, and on behalf of the Village and its residents;
and •
WHEREAS, by his untiring efforts in such capacity he
has rendered outstanding service to the Village of Oak Brook and the •
citizens thereof; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the
opinion that a record of such, service should be made and spread upon
the records of such said Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that the said FREDERICK W. BROWN
be and he hereby is commended for his faithful service to the Village
of Oak Brook and the citizens thereof.
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak°Brook, for and on behalf of said-
Village and its citizens, do hereby extend their thanks and grati-
tude to the said FREDERICK W. BROWN for his services as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a'copy of these resolutions
be delivered to the said FREDERICK W. BROWN by the Clerk of the
Village of Oak Brook and that these resolutions be.spread upon the
' records of said. Village.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois this
