RESOLUTION NO. R- 273
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
MERRY LANE RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 24 AND 25
---
IN MERRY LANE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on
May 19, 1980 recommeeded the approval of the proposed Merry Lane Re-
subdivision of Lots 24 end 25 in Merry Lane Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have
considred the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with
same subject to certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of the
subdivision known as 'Merry Lane Resubdivision of Lots 24 and 25 in
Merry Lane Subdivision prepared by PRC Toups, Corporation, 1100 Jorie
Boulevard, Oak Brook, Illinois 60521, as revised and dated April 30,
1980 be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Merry Lane Resubdivision
as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the
following conditions:
A. The requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for
street lights and sidewalks are waived.
B. The provisions of a certain covenant dated May 1, 1980
and recorded May 8, 1980 in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds, DuPage County, Illinois as Document No. R80-
27260 are expressly incorporated herein by reference.
C. The provisions of Ordinance No 8-449 of the Village of
Oak Brook entitled "An Ordinance Granting A Special Use
Permit To Allow The Filling Of Lots In A Flood Plain
Pursuant To Section 10-34 Of The Code Of Ordinances Of
The Village Of Oak Brook, Illinois" (Recorded May 8, 1980
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, DuPage County,
Illinois as Document No. R80-27261) be and are hereby
expressly incorporated herein by reference.
D. That all other applicable requirements, conditions and
standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village
of Oak Brook, except as waived or limited by this Resolu-
tion shall be applicable to the development of said
Merry Lane Resubdivision.
Section 3: That all resolutions, rules and regulations of the
Village of Oak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this
Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
PASSED and APPROVED this 10th day of June , 1980
by the President and Board of Trusteiia—the Village of Oak Brook, Du
