• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, BAXTER JOHN NOYES has faithfully served the Village
of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Plan Commission
from October, 1974 to January, 1980; and
WHEREAS, through his diligent efforts in behalf of the Vil-
lage of Oak Brook be has contributed to the progress and betterment
of said Village and its residents; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the
opinion that a record of such service should be made and spread
upon the records of said Village; •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that the said BAXTER JOHN
NOYES be and he hereby is commended for his service to the Village
of Oak Brook and to the citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Boyd of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said
Village and its citizens, do hereby extend their thanks and
gratitude to the said BAXTER JOHN NOTES for his services as
aforedescribsd.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of these resolutions be
delivered to the said BAXTER JOHN NOYES by the Clerk of the Village
of Oak Brook and that these resolutions be spread upon the records
of said Village.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois,
this 26th day of August, 1980.

The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
by President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.

approved as corrected and waive reading of same.

President Cerne read in its entirety a proposed resolution commending
Baxter J. Noyes for his service to the Village as a member of the Plan

STREETS AND HIGHWAYS BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE
Proposed resolution required for expenditures from MFT Fund.

To approve Resolution R-280 to the State of Illinois for additional
funds spent for deicer salt for the 1979/80 winter season in the
amount of $1,780.85.
