RESOLUTION NO. R- 282
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
SITZBERGER'S SUBDIVISION,"
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook
on September 4, 1980 recommended the approval of the proposed
Sitzberger's Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and-Board of Trustees have
considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with
same subject to certain conditions;
NOS, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That th. Final Plat of Subdivision of the
subdivision known as Sitzberger's Subdivision prepared by Raymond J.
Wyzgala, as revised and dated tat received) August 22, 1980 be and
is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section
2 of this. Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Sitzberger's Subdivision
as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to
the following conditions:
A. The requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
for street lights and sidewalks are waived..
B. That all the requirements, conditions and
standards of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Village of Oak Brook shall be applicable
to said subdivision except that no additional
public improvements shall be required in re-
cognition of the fact that the property is
presently fully developed.
