RESOLUTION NO. R-297
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION it
FOR PERMIT FOR SALT CREEK/MERRY LANE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT
W HERE A S, the Village o f Oak Bro ok has budgeted funds within
the Fiscal Year 1980/81 Budget for the replacement of the existing water,
main under Salt Creek near the Merry Lane Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, a permit is required from the Illinois Department
of Transportation, Division of Water Resources to do any work in any
of the public bodies of water within the State of Illinois ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD jj
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS: I,
SECTION 1: That the President and Village Clerk be and are hereby('
authorized and directed to execute and attest respectively an Application
For Permit to the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation,
Division of Water Resources, a copy of which application is attached
hereto labelled Exhibit "A" and hereby made a part hereof.
PASSED and APPROVED this l0thday of ?larch , 1981
by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook,
DuPage and Cook Counties , Illinois .
